CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
The sale of products of Naos Stylianos through its Website is a contract for the sale of goods from a distance in accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994, as in force today. Consequently, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of any product, without justification, within a period of 14 days, starting from the moment of receipt.
Return conditions:
The products must be in their original packaging, in the same condition in which you received them, ie not to be damaged or damaged, not to have been washed or worn beyond the test. The acceptance or not of the return will be done after first a quality control by our company and the condition of the returned products is assessed.

Once our communication is complete, follow these steps:
- Place the products you wish to return to their original packaging and enter the information that will be indicated to you by our representative from the call center.
- Then deliver the parcel to the ELTA courier or ACS store in your area.
Important information:
- For the return of the products, the value stated in the purchase document will be taken into account
- It is necessary to include in the return package an account number, with Iban, the beneficiary as well as the bank to which it belongs.
- Refunds are only for the value of the products (shipping costs you have paid are not included). The return costs are borne entirely by you and therefore the invoicing of each company. The amount you will transfer to the bank only concerns the value of the products you want to return.
- Refunds are not made to our physical store except remotely.
- The refund is made 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of the products by us. The refund will be made on the card made by the customer. In case the payment was made by cash on delivery or deposit then the money will be deposited in the account that will be declared after contacting the representative of the company.The money is deposited from our company's account through Eurobank or Ethniki. There may be bookings from your bank and a possible delay in case your account is in a bank other than the above. Our company is not obliged to cover the expenses charged (according to the usual practice of banks) customer upon receipt of refunds.
- We inform you that we will not accept any change / return if there has been no contact with our company first.
