SHIPPING METHODS

For GREECE:

• Free shipping to your place (Valid for within Attica)
  You can pick up your order immediately and safely within 24 hours with an external Roze partner. (deliveries take place Monday-Saturday).
• Shipments to Greece
  Your orders leave us within 1-2 working days and the delivery is made based on the times set by the courier companies we work with, which are ACS and ELTA COURIER.
  After delivery of your order, we estimate that delivery takes place within 1-7 days, depending on your exact location.
  Your orders are processed and shipped only Monday-Friday. No shipments are made on weekends and holidays.

For orders over 50 €, shipping costs are free. In case there is a problem with the receipt of your parcel, please contact us to help you better service.

For Cyprus:

Your shipments are made daily, except weekends, and their delivery takes place within 3-10 working days.
Shipments are made with the courier company ELTA COURIER. After you complete your order, you will be sent an email with the details of your order.

For orders over € 100, shipping costs are free. In case there is a problem with the receipt of your parcel, please contact us to help you better service.
